This could be people who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share the same experiences or goals<\/li>\n<li>Friends, family or community groups<\/li>\n<li>have power or responsibilities related to the recommendations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then we plan how to work with these people to make the recommendations happen.
