Evaluating over longer timescales<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Challenge 11: Lack of investment in participation responding to the pandemic\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Challenge 12: Complexity of public decision making processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>People from 17 countries have suggested lots of ideas on how to get over these challenges.
